That's really something else. Everybody keeps mentioning free rent, I keep reminding them the majority of LL's/Property Investers/Owners are operating on very low to no (future investment) profit margins, it would be tough, same as writing you a check for a few grand.
But that's really great of them. I pulled up them up as well, some real real nice properties around town, nothing around here except on the Beltway 8/Summerwood.

That's unusual and something to be proud of for them. I'm guessing they are profitable and want to share that blessing.

@cador : I share this same thought. I recently sold our local investment property, one which I wasn't necessarily 'counting the Benjamins' each month when rent was due. Had monthly rental income ceased, I'd have been in a very tight spot.
