Please don't mix the two. Make new traditions, it may be the best Christmas ever. When my husband and I had some problems years ago, I left him a note & surprised the kids at school picking them up early, bags packed and whisked them off to Chicago. We had the best time ever, carefree weekend, with the best friends ever. They have never forgotten it and loved every minute. Wished we could do it every year.

I stay off of fb during the holidays. It's hard to see the fb posts of everyones happy families. Most of it is fake anyway. 🤷

Because Momma raised her girls to love the holidays ....... decorating, gifting, home cooked huge meals as well as traditions!! If Momma isn't in the mood, your girls will have your back ALWAYS!!!
