Had my car washed at Swash yesterday and today. Terrible job had to take it back today to get the streaks cleaned from my interior glass. Rims were supposed to be cleaned, horrible job! was left for at least 30 minutes before anyone started the hand cleaning inside and outside. Even the second attempt was bad. Glass still had soap marks and was not wiped. If you look inside the washing area you will find it is filthy!!! And has obviously been like that for a looooong time. The equipment in the wash lane also appears bad as the back of the car did not get washed.

And now a BIG scratch from a key on the door. If you value your car find somewhere else. I will never go back!

I'm also not satisfied with their services. I haven't been back in a long time and won't.

I don't like how they clean interior. They put too much shiny and sticky stuff on it and reuse towels. It's top greasy and windshield is streaky
I used to go to Pirates Cove in Kingwood on the days when they had 50% off.
Now I don't go anywhere. I either wash them myself or pay $15 to DD to do it

I've only been there once. My leather seats were so greasy, it took us forever to get it cleaned off.

One and done for me! We just wash our own cars now.

I wash my own in the drive way just about every Saturday. That way its done the way I like it.

Yes, I would get into my suv and slide all over the place. Even trying to step on my stepper was a challenge!!

I just go to Gurdy's for a cheap wash....living in this area, there's either pollen or rain, so my car is only going to stay clean for about a day or two anyway.

They broke my antenna off & would not let them wash my bike & the property is such an eyesore!

Swash is BAD. Hasn't been the same since Cale sold it. They don't even keep the front area mowed, trimmed and clean. Just overall a bad place to do business. I like Mister Carwash near Spring Creek BBQ.

Pirates Cove on Northpark was legit but their standards have dropped quite a bit over the last year or so. Still not anywhere close to the garbage that Swash is.

I use the self wash place over close to Culvers. I don't trust those other places.
