AHS Teacher/Coach Arrested

@soccer : This makes you wonder how many other girls he did this to and they don't want to come forward.

@brightlights : This teacher was my teacher last year. Had I known anything, there would have been some hands thrown. This is literally disgusting. He deserves EVERY bit of backlash that punches him in the gut.

@yomom : for a fact this is the first time he's done this. he taught at my school before going to texas. NEVER did he ever hit on, or inappropriately touch a girl. he was a good person. plain and simple. people make mistakes yes. his just happens to be major.

My DD says word around the school is mentioned of the student involved. Sad that some how her identity was not kept private.

@Cowboys81 : I hope that's not true! She doesn't need that added stress unless she herself wants to come forward. How is that possible unless one of her "friends" that she confided in told.

Exactly my thoughts and what I told my DD that the only way for it to be known is if she told a friend. Sad all around if it's just a rumor or not it shouldn't never been out there.

She is a kid and kids are typically unable to hide their giddiness and excitement when they're in a relationship, particularly girls, regardless of how hard they try. There is little chance that she was able to fully hide this.

@yomom : DD told me but I forgot... she showed me a picture of the teacher with other students in the picture. His pose and a smile was completely inappropriate 😱

Its amusing when people join ADC to defend their criminal peers; its sad and unfortunate when it is youth joining to defend sexual predators.

One thing that confuses me on this story, it says "He was not employed by Humble ISD this school year", but then it says "On May 30, 2018, we received information about the allegation. We took immediate action by launching an investigation. He resigned when questioned." How did he resign if he wasn't employed? Or did he resign from another unnamed job?
