#msg2214451brightlights : Same. We dabble in different directions, but my go to is sauté in olive oil, minced fresh garlic and a splash of soy sauce- or coconut aminos these days.
#msg2214450Catmae : What's in that? Chicken, shrimp, the whole shebang? Haven't been there in forever!

#msg2214543brightlights : shut up.. where from??
Btw, I got the pork chops on sale at Aldi. I'm not a big fan of their meat as a general rule. I found them to be satisfactory. I paid a bit over $8 for a large pack of thin cut, boneless chops. I will be able to get 4 meals for the 2 of us. Nice to have an economical meal. I tend to mix up pricier stuff with less expensive meals to help balance the budget.

#msg2214452Floyd : I love coconut amino. Most who try it have no idea it's not soy.
#msg2214611brightlights : Really??? Is the sodium content better? That would be a wonderful option for me, if so!
#msg2214617Catmae : Soy has a sodium content of around1000mg/T. Coconut Aminos have around 200. They're not nearly as salty, but they do have a little sweetness. We dip steamed potstickers in straight-up aminos with some finely grated scallion on top. 🤪
#msg2214618brightlights : I'm adding this to my shopping list now!!!!!
