Curfews are now illegal too. Statehouse pushed a law that local governments can't have curfews back in 2023.

I was just listening to a report about how our mayor put in place a curfew, but city government won't let them enforce it!

@justanirishgirl : Yup, Whitmire wants it enforceable. It's still on the books but state law supercedes.

@KathyMarshall : Because they can. This is going on all over the country. It is really terrifying.

@Catmae : They don't have any control because they don't care. Parenting takes work. A lot of these parents don't want to make any effort.

@RajunCajun : I agree. It's too much work. Now that the angels are out of control, the parents will never pay fines for their actions. I'm sure they won't care about warrants. You'd be shocked how many folks have open warrants and just don't care.
