That is sad.Twice this week I had a motorcycle lane splitting passing me at a high rate of speed.A. Lane splitting is illegal in Texas.B. Even the states that allow lane splitting generally have a rule you can't be going greater than 10 mph faster than the flow of traffic when lane splitting.
