KathyMarshall: glad they have the plate number. People don't take responsibility for anything anymore. I hope he had good insurance because he's fixing to lose it.

Glad the kid should be fine and looking for the driver.

3 things though
1) slow down in the hoods
2) the scooter should probably be on the sidewalk
3) ticket all the cars in driveways blocking the sidewalk, it's illegal
