2 AHS Students Killed In DWI Crash

These kids were classmates of my daughters. All of them are good kids . Law enforcement need to figure where the driver got the drugs and alcohol and those are the people that should be penalized and sentenced for this.. Kids make mistakes everyday this is a very tragic one.. Prayers to all involved and their family, classmates and friends

hutch5801 : I've thought of not much more and you are right, we are an awesome community of good people. The sadness of loss hits us all with children. If we search our hearts, we know that by the Grace of God it didn't happen to ours but it could have. No one can/should sit in judgement and I know that if my Goddaughter or son had chosen to get in a car with someone drinking they would have played a part in choosing the danger. None of this is good but it is what kids do testing adulthood. I pray for each family and the kids that knew each one that while the loss is tremendous, they can get through with help from God and their friends, family and community. One step at a time...

I believe he should do time, and not just a few months or even a few years. In addition, he should be required to speak to all 5 Humble ISD HSs before their homecoming and prom and remind his peers of his the consequences of his choices..

TheBoz : You know this is the sad part of even children that are older and on your insurance. My agent told me about a family that the son was coming home tired from college and hit a family in a van. There were lots of fatalities. No matter if you raise your limits, as we do, if something like that happens, it will take you down.
