Chinese Buffets?

Haven't been in so many years, old body can't handle all that salt and MSG. U should select another food type. Try Dimassi's Mediterranean Buffet in Humble.

Oh lawd....OP asks for recommendations on places to eat....NOT what you feel about "buffets" or nutritional issues you perceive with their servings....I mean, why even respond?....

@Genesis :To answer your question....I really don't do the "restaurant" thing much on account that I like my money and use it elsewhere....Pretty much the only "Chinese Buffet" I've been to locally, and that's like once a year or so, is "Cafe East" in Humble....And it's been "hit and miss" for me over the years as far as food quality and such is concerned....I guess depending on the management and cooks at the time....So I'm not recommending it, but also not hating on it....Good luck!..

When we lived down there, we would go to Lings when it first opened, and it was good and fresh.

@Genesis : The only one I go to is Cafe East in Humble. They have always been clean when I have been and I usually go a couple times a year. I would not go to any other in the area, I have tried some and they are not as good as Cafe East.

@susanbanthony : Looking for Chinese preferable, second chose would be Asian. I've eaten at Dimassi's. It's good, but Mediterranean style.

I've been to Ling's a couple of times. Not too bad, but not even close to really GOOD chinese food. It kinda depends on what you're used to eating.

Well I'm just jealous of y'all cause I'm trying to change my eating habits 😝
