I found octopus at HEB

And then this happened. It smelled so good cooking and it was delicious. Roasted with onion, garlic, fennel, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, olives and capers.

@susanbanthony: it's a bit like calamari. If you like calamari, you'll like octopus. Roasted with the aromatic veggies made it so very good.
