Folgers coffee bought at Atascocita HEB

Looks like a thrifty person took it home, dumped it in their own container and filled it with crap to return for their 14 bucks.Folders doesn't import finished coffee. They only import raw coffee. All of Folgers coffee is roasted, ground, and packaged in the United States.

I think taking to the sheriffs office is a great idea.

It looks like flour and pepper to me.

I don't think a store, at least not a big chain, would take a food return and put it back on the shelf for sale, sealed or not.
