Also the Ren Fest came out and said the memorial is not open to the public.

Wanderer : I went once and enjoyed it but.. pricey and of course....it is higher now.

I used to go every year back on 2005 till 2008 but things just started being commercialized. Total rip off if you ask me

So I had free tickets given to me. for the Ren Fest. I've not been since I was around 20 years old.
Is it worth it with free tickets?

Wanderer : I remember not too long ago...some crime was committed out there within the group that spends the night. I want to say.....a shooting maybe? Too much Mead I guess!

MrsT : This sounds good! We did a BBQ cook-off out there one time. I like that place.

I heard about lots of horror stories about that place and no longer the magical place like once was.

Moosehead : Everybody should go at least once and the ticket cost is a large part of the expense. Food can be pricey but if you don't go crazy it's not too bad. There's lots of interesting stuff to look at. The first so many rows is paid parking but after that it's free. Don't ask me how much because I've never paid. I'm used to being on my feet all day so I don't mind a little walk. It's especially fun for the kids but I'd recommend going on a Saturday. Kids are free on Sunday so there's a lot more of them.
I'm sure these swords and shields cost a lot of money that I wouldn't have spent but my husband bought them when I was in another shop. 😂
