Looks like another cajun place. I'm not excited but some of you might be!!

7 Spice Cajun going in the 1960 Kroger Center. Looks like it will be next to Marble Slab? June 2025 completion date.

Most places that say Cajun just cook it and dump Cajun seasoning all over it at least that's what it seems like to me.

I am Cajun. Grew up crawfishing before anyone in Texas even know about eating crawfish. Very few remind me of home cooking my grandmothers or my mom could make.

I'll give them a shot, but I'm a pretty harsh judge.

I just ate some boudin this weekend while watching football. Best thing in the world for me on a weekend. It can be for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Trying hard to get over there mid-January. I'll have to check it out and give y'all a report. Actually, don't know if I'll make it there. Probably would rather Sharky's or Chimichurri's.
