That's awful!! I consider myself pretty tolerant, but there wouldn't have been enough apologies and free drinks to make all that acceptable!! Hopefully your waiter will try another type of job because waiting on tables is definitely not his career path!!

@nikkiole :They lied...Probably family members posing as customers and doing the online reviews themselves....I'd take the recommending person off my Christmas card list at minimum....Good thing is at least you didn't get food poisoning or something...I'd go to all those review sights and post my own experience if I were you....And thanks for giving us all the heads-up...
