Does anyone have a pedometer wrist band thingy that they really like?

I'm looking for an inexpensive one for DD and I am cross-eyed from reading reviews. I am trying to find one that displays the steps taken on the wristband. Help!

I like the garmin.

Had it for well over a year with much abuse and it still works like new.

I have what ever the Samsung gear deal is and it keeps disconnecting. There is a China site that is really cheap. My son bought one and got it a few days ago but hasn't used It. It is like the Iphone watch and was really cheap. I will see if I can use it for the next few days. You can answer the phone and all kinds of stuff. I love mine if it would only stay connected.

I have the garmin vivofit. It is on sale at Kohl's & Best Buy for $49.99. I don't know for how long.

I have used it for 1 year and do not have to charge it. That is one thing I love about it. It has a battery.

@TexanFan1 It is the Samsung Gear Fit or something like that. I like wearing it because it alerts me a few seconds before the phone rings or I get a text but maybe it got wet in all the rain because it keeps disconnecting.

@ladybeachbum I can wear mine in the shower. I don't have to take it off if I don't want to.

@TexanFan1 That would be great because I almost forget to take mine off. I wonder if you can use the 20% off that just came in the mail from Kohls?

Check their website to see if they have any restrictions when you pull it up. That might help you.

@TexanFan1 My son is the super geek and can tweak it I am sure but he is on a big project and has no time right now. I am probably running it down because of so much email. I will check the site though. good idea!

I wear the jawbone and retrieve results from the app on my phone. I originally wanted the polar but hubby saw the jawbone on sale at sams club couple years back and got it for me.

I have a Fitbit HR now which was $150 but I did use the Jawbone UP. I really liked it. You can get them pretty cheap on Groupon. The only problem I had with the Jawbone was the rubber end would stretch over the part where the charging cap goes on. Otherwise I loved the sleep and pedometer app on my phone.

I've had a misfit and a Fitbit and liked both and they work well. The Fitbit is not waterproof, at least not the $100ish one I have. The misfit - I liked that I could clip to a bra strap instead of wearing on my wrist all the time...but the magnet that held it in wasn't strong enough as it disappeared one day while I was wearing it.
