The amazon man brought my first instant pot this afternoon. I popped my cherry right off the bat. I clearly don't know what I'm doing. Really the flavor was good but the presentation wasn't dialed in. Threw a chunk of frozen pork chops in cream of onion , some water, a can of greens beans and corn on the cob. Kind of reminded me of dinners I cooked in my 20s where it didn't look all that appealing but damn that was good, wasn't it?? (You know you're always looking for that affirmation)
I'm gonna drag my knuckles back into the kitchen and wash this thing up for the next time

@ginx : Breakfast for dinner...the Crème in my brûlée curdled a little in my stuffed frenchies. 🤦♀️[👈 but in blonde.]
