Well that was quick. They sure were a lot of cars parked in the parking lot on Saturday when I drove by. I knew it was in trouble whenever he posted last month he needed to come up with a large sum of money to stay open.
Update: looks like they are moving.

❤️To our Burger Fresh family ❤️
We want to be honest with the community that has carried us through one of the hardest seasons we've ever faced.
Because of YOU, the unbelievable turnout, the shares, the prayers, and the support, we were able to catch up on January's rent. That kind of love is something we will never forget. Truly. You showed up in a way most small businesses only dream about.
But despite all the effort, promotions, long days, and fighting to stay ahead, we simply haven't been able to get in front of the ongoing rent challenges at our current location.
After a lot of prayer, conversations, and very hard consideration, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our doors at this location while we transition. I have branched out on my own.
The GOOD news is this is not goodbye from our family you have come to know and love.
We have secured a new home and will be reopening soon at:
📍 1502 1st Street East, Suite G
Humble, Texas 77338
This move gives us the chance to reset, rebuild, and come back stronger for the community we love so much.
Please stay tuned here for reopening updates, sneak peeks, and our official opening date. When we open those doors again, we hope to see all your familiar faces walk right back in with us.

I have never heard of these guys and I am definitely a burger guy always seeking awesome burger places. They needed good marketing and advertising to seek out people such as myself who are tired of some of these chain restaurants downsizing but inflating prices.

@West-Tex : They really are a great place to eat. Everything is made to order.. fresh. Fresher than any other place I've eaten. I knew they were looking at a new site in Humble.

They have a lot of supporters who love their food. Including me!! They will come back, stronger than ever. Too bad the place on Will Clayton closed. It was really cute!

Eateries like this need more exposure/advertising/marketing/ coupons in order to compete

Part of the problem was that new strip center. The rent is extremely high. If you ever passed by there on a weekend, the parking lot was full. They had so many patrons. Even Grizzy's Hood News!

When they reopen, you can bet your sweet *** I'll be there!!

thanks for the tips. I`m hopeful the new location will by great for them. These strip centers dont seem to do well unless for fuel or snacks and I personally stay away at all cost.

@ladybeachbum : It was on Will Clayton, close to Eagle Springs. The Mexican place you love is at Will Clayton and Atascocita Road. Not that far apart actually.

@ladybeachbum : No, your place isn't moving. Burger Fresh is moving. Your place is Los Vega. Los Vega actually has fairly new owners now, but I hear the food is still amazing. They have expanded their menu too. I heard they now have spaghetti, which is kind of odd for a Mexican restaurant.
