I had seen that on another page, and I thought Houston would be a great place to test that out and it and it worked, probably see more of it.

@bodyboy : I don't know ... I'll have to ask!

EDIT: I don't think it will work without hurting the rider, because they will automatically lay the bike down.

Well, that would end the chase, and he would probably learn his lesson not to run from the cops, I don't think they will have to use it on a motorcycle since they go so fast, they usually cannot catch them.
