According to Grizzy Hood news, a guy stole a military vehicle and then starting shooting at cops.

The person was a 53 year old male. He rammed into at least 10 civilian cars. He is now in custody and uninjured.

I hope that the people who's cars were rammed have good insurance and are not injured. It stinks but there is no way this guy had enough insurance to cover damages-if he had insurance at all.
