That's the only way my boss (whenever I was 17) would recognize me the days I called in!😂😂 so, that was the last car I had with a bumper sticker 😂

West-Tex : Remember when we had 2? The inspection sticker was a separate sticker. They did away with it years ago (10, I had to look that up) when they switched to requiring the inspection to get the registration. This reminds me, I need to renew mine. It expired this month.

I don't want to speak anything into exsistence!!@!I did get my truck inspected; however, I have not sent off for 2 years of inspection stickers. I did meet the appt. in LiBerty and received my new license last week.One step at a time, my truck still shows expired 7/23 but it is inspected!!!!

I never could understand why people drove around town with their kids' names plastered on their car along with where the darlings took dance lessons or karate. I wasn't much on bumper stickers with the name of their school, either. Anybody remember the Tot Finder fire safety stickers that you were supposed to put on your home's window so that firefighters could find your child in the event of a fire? Yeah. I received those when our kids were little and thought, nope, not doing it. They don't do those anymore, thankfully.

Along with what you just pointed out, I also think people put waaayyyy too much information about themselves and their families on social media. To include the names of their minor children or grandchildren, their photos, what schools they attend, etc. As for themselves, they identify where they work, what type of work they do, where they plan to go on vacation and so forth. I think people forget or don't recognize that the "www" on websites stands for WORLD WIDE WEB. So, everything they post instantly goes around the globe. I think if more people considered this reality, they'd be less inclined to share so many personal details.
