Constables Arrest Suspect for Disorderly Conduct

On October 17, 2020, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 5300 block of FM 1960 Road East in reference to two males physically fighting in the roadway. Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that both males were involved in a road rage incident which led the suspect to crash into the complainant's vehicle.

The complainant advised that the suspect exited his vehicle and began to yell racial slurs to him and brandished a handgun which led to the fight. A witness on scene provided dash cam footage from his vehicle that captured the incident.

"Joey Knight was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Disorderly Conduct (Display of Firearm). His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2." - Constable Mark Herman

Yo wreck, fight , and show your pistole all due to rage and they just let you go? I guess we will wait till he actually uses the gun at another road rage incident.

Ah, now I get it. This was that incident with all the cops and the Trump trucks in the parking lot by Starbucks at Timber Forest a while back. Still never heard the whole story on this one.
