See this is what I hate about media headlines. I've seen it on every outlet. The headline reads Texas schools could remain closed the rest of the year. You click on the story and then it says some schools in areas highly affected by the virus. The headlines are very misleading..

@DaycareMom : I agree. Just out of curiosity I checked my brother's District website....Highland Park in Dallas. Website has the yadda yadda bout safety for everyone but they are going back today. This district could easily go online with well off households and stay at home Moms to pull it off.
