Pet Food Drive In Atascocita This WeekendSaturday, March 18, 2017, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Troop 1377 will be conducting a Pet Food Drive at the Walmart Super Store in Atascocita (6626 FM 1960 Rd. E, Humble, TX. 77336). "Research clearly shows that offenders of domestic violence often have a pattern of abuse involving all members of the household – including children and pets. When victims of domestic violence seek to escape their abusive homes they’re not only faced with the challenge of finding shelter for themselves and their children, but also for their pets.This Food Drive will benefit FamilyTime, a local shelter for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, that in partnership with the AABY Foundation, offer care and shelter to the pets of the victims.FamilyTime is a non-profit organization that shelters, feeds and provides counseling services to men, women and children.
