Mine is sending and receiving fine. Are you using webmail or going through another program like the xfinity connect app or outlook?

its everything on the uploads (web pages/email/etc) even the speed test was chocking on the upload side.....i gave up and came to the office to work. hopefully ill figure it out, or if there is a problem it will be fixed when i get home.

That's odd. Never seen an upload only issue. I would expect that to be a hardware issue with the router. If doing some reboots on it doesn't help might be time to go swap it out at the Comcast store.*edit* If it is not a Comcast modem/router check for a firmware update.

it ended up being something on Comcasts end. they fixed the problem. thanks for the ideas and things to check neighbors!

typically where i am at, (behind AMS on Polo Meadow) we never really have problems. the last problem i had was that we had a new neighbor move in next door and they disconnected me to connect the but other than that. It usually is a very reliable connection.

I rarely ever have problems with Xfinity cable or internet. I had a problem a few weeks ago that ended up being a faulty modem. I will admit that their in home technicians are completely useless. Our bill went up last year, so we called to cancel and they gave us cable and internet for less than we were paying. We wanted to install the cable over our fireplace, but the install guy couldn't figure out how to do it. I showed him where the cable was outside of the house and he told me it was a power line, as if I'm so stupid, I can't tell the difference between coaxial cable and power lines. We had it hooked up ourselves 10 minutes after he left.
