@hutch5801
I'm taking my boys this year. . We've missed the last two years due to circumstances. They love the festivities and I enjoy the clever costumes.

True. I love watching my boys try to do Jacobs ladder. I think my oldest is tall enough to flop straight down on it and succeed, but he will army crawl it for the spectators.

@Dragonlovermom We have missed due to weather! It has rained the last 2 years we have tried to go and we are not going if it rains! A Mud Pit out there when that happens!

We'll be going for the first time this year. I can't wait. It will be hard for it to top the one we used to go to in Wisconsin.

@asxshadowsxfade
I went last year for the first time since moving here. It's pretty darn impressive. Taking my daughter and friends as they love to cosplay, so this gives them a good opportunity.

It gets expensive! I take an ice chest with stuff in it, so if we need a break or whatever! One year it was cold when we went and I made hot chocolate thermos so when we had enough there was an extra warmth! It is fun and get your tickets at HEB for a discount
