I didn't see the page. Why was it deemed fraudulent?

@Sammee I don't know what would have deemed it fraudulent but the page was asking for donations for medical expenses after he was in a horrible motorcycle accident. No where did it say he was the cause, that he was excessively speeding and killed a child.That's my guess as to why it was removed.

How much money was raised before they killed the account?

I think it was only $400. If the rumor mill is true he should use his other settlement to pay for those expenses. If it goes to trial I would have a hard time awarding him crap. Even if and that is a big IF mom was found to be at fault. He's got a problem with speed.

Before I start calling someone an idiot and a killer, I would like to know all the facts of this case. For example:
Who was at fault?
Who got ticketed and for what reasons?
How was the speed of the motorcycle rider determined? And what was the speed?
Was the child secured in a car seat? Was is installed correctly?This isn't a straight forward case like someone killing a person during an armed robbery. Seems like a lot of people have the "facts" on this case, so more power to them. I don't, so can't pass judgement with the info I have.

Even though we can't say who truly was at fault technically in this accident it's hard to swallow when you see a young person who deff played a part in a child's death giving the arrogant impression to people on his personal social media sites before this 1 incident even happend ( since the same had happend before to him) that his view on life was not caring what happens to others that he was going to do what he wants no consequences no remorse no responsibility - It's a slap in the face. I don't think the particulars of a car seat being installed correctly played a part in this accident as the bike rider was a projectile through the window head level right where the child was in the vehicle. The trauma from that alone I don't think any car seat would protect a child from.

The guy is an ***hat and an idiot. He proved that to the world via his Facebook page before he wised up and set it to private.Regardless of technical fault, that's a fact. Thanks to said ***hat-slash-idiot.
