E. coli bacteria found in Humble water, city says

West-Tex : It's the City of Humble. I don't believe M.U.D. or COH is affected. The article says a well, but I figured it was the giant water tower that say Humble on it.

Hmm, the article doesn't really say if it affects MUD districts... or who it really affects. I'm surprised they didn't issue a boil water notice, as a precaution. 🤔😒

LifesABeach : The sample was from a few days ago and samples since have been negative so no "boil" notice was necessary or required.

I don't think any of us live in the actual "city of Humble" limits so we're good.

What a relief! I read that every year and wonder if Atascocita is a part of that. Actually, I wonder how exactly, Humble can be THAT dangerous compared to other cities. 🧐🤔

Because it's relating all crime in relation to the population. A large majority of the area that's in the city of Humble is commercial so every car that gets broken into, all the shoplifting, is rolled into that and compared to a small amount of people. It really is inaccurate and actually quite annoying. 😂

Yes, I agree... AND gives Humble, and the surrounding areas a terrible look! 🤔🙁
