Constables Arrest Suspect for Retaliation 
On July 21, 2023 a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the CVS Pharmacy located in the 8700 block of FM 1960 Bypass Rd West in reference to a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, store management advised that female suspect, Kiera Alford had been there for hours and refused to leave the business. When told that law enforcement would be contacted if she did not leave, she threatened the store manager. "Kieara Alford was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Retaliation. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
