Atascocita Hit-and-Run Majorly Damaged Light Pole on Apache Woods Way Harris County Precinct 4 deputies reported that a vehicle struck and knocked down a streetlight pole and found it lodged inside their vehicle in the 16400 block of Apache Woods Way early Saturday, September 26th. The constable's office described the incident as a hit-and-run involving a white GMC truck. Deputies said exposed wires created a traffic hazard while CenterPoint worked to secure the area. Correct, according to Mark Herman's office: "A white GMC truck reportedly backed into a street light pole, causing it to fall to the ground. The vehicle then left the scene."
