@Catmae : Yup! He saves most bacon grease when we have bacon and he saves beef tallow from brisket. All double filtered.

@Andi7 : I used to do that too (with bacon grease)! Until health issues made us avoid animal fat most of the time. I did love frying eggs in that filtered bacon grease though .. yummy!!
