@West-Tex my son did imagination library for about a year. Last May, he got his final book (program ends at 5) with a beautiful note from the Imagination library about all the amazing things he will accomplish because he is learning to read. It was very heartwarming.

Read this song requested to be sung at funeral as it was her father's.
Also don't know if true but an unreleased recorded song locked up at her resort to be opened on her 100th birthday.
We shall see if this is true. 😎

Though I'm not a fan of her music. I really liked Dolly Parton. She seemed to have been a genuinely good soul. For those that are avid fans, I have a question. When her career first began, did she always wear wigs? I'm just curious because all the performances I've seen on the news, even from back in the day, she appears to be wearing one.

But reportedly she had a full head of hair. So, as I said, just wondering.

@rocket1 : I was wondering the same after seeing an older images of her with super curly hair. It does look like a wig.

For me, her hair has always looked natural with what's in style. However, I've sort of "grown-up" seeing her, as opposed to "grown old" with her. I was a fan of her more popular music/duets; however, I followed more of her philanthropy and other works in my later years. With that said, I have the same question.

@rocket1 :
I feel the same. Never cared for her music, but she absolutely was an incredible, inspiring woman.
