If the luv bugs are bad clean your car really good and put a good wax job especially on the front end and mirrors they will ruin the paint on most vehicles. If you get into a mess of them hit a car wash quick .

@bodyboy : Yeah. We had them plastered all over dh's (new-ish) truck after our trip to Houston. Dh washed it off as soon as we got home. Total pain.
