Yummy snack recipe I found on FB yesterday. It turned out really tasty and the teens loved it. Very simple to make.

1 bag regular Fritos
1 stick melted butter
1 Tbl. Chopped garlic (I use jarred)
1/2 cup ground parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes

I melted butter with garlic.
Add garlic butter, cheese, oregano and red pepper to Fritos. Toss to coat evenly. Spread on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 325deg for 45 minutes, turning Fritos over every 15 minutes. Store in paper towel lined container.

@CarolS : This recipe sounds delish! About the parmesan cheese... Did you use the stuff in the shaker jar? I'm a little confused about "ground parmesan".

@Catmae :
Yes, the good old plastic container of parmesan. I wanted to indicate that it was not the shredded fresh cheese.

@CarolS : Reminds me of that Firecracker classic with saltines. Anyone remember them? Still make on Christmas Eve app night for 2 fam members. They're like crack on more crack, so I bet fritos are bomb, too. 🤪
