Who eats Chicken skin? Yesterday I cooked some tomato chicken dish with rice and my wife was taking the skin out and feeding them to the dogs. I love eating chicken skin, Who else does this?

Way too much fat and calories. Even when I eat fried chicken, I usually take most of it off. When I make it homemade, I always cook without the skin. (I know, I know, the fried crust is fattening too)
