Can't decide if I love these as much as they cost but they are so adorable. I will be teaching k-2 special education and my theme is the solar system. All of my students are shining stars in their own way so I feel that my theme is perfect. I had 2nd-4th last year and rescued some random stuffed animals last year from our librarian and my students loved them. I am working on stuff for next year and saw these cuties but they are expensive in my opinion so I can't decide. If you were a teacher, would you like them in your classroom? They are available at Walmart and Amazon but I would need "all 8" so that would add up fast.

They're cute but I'm not sure I'd want to spend that much on them. Think on it a bit and then decide.

@mom2mms :
Not sure the kids would understand the link between the planets and a stuffed toy. Might not be worth the price.

@redneckroy and @smokybear thank you so much for the generous tips. Have a great day.

@mom2mms : FYI...today through Thursday is Prime Day at Amazon, and Deals & More week on Walmart.com. These are all marked down, some significantly.

Thanks everyone. I ordered Walmart gift cards with the points that were donated to me. I decided even though they are absolutely adorable, I'm going to buy stuff for their center time. So far, I'm thinking some pretend food, a doll, a rocket pop up tent for our class library, playdoh, blocks, puzzles, and 2 potato heads.

@lynnsgirl I made my Amazon wishlist and have been sharing it on FB but its still early. @brightlights thanks, there are 3 kid sales coming up later this month and next month that I'm hoping to buy a lot. I noticed a lot of my stuff was on prime day deals earlier.

@Maxsmom :
They are washable but I'm going to buy some items that they can use every day instead of these.
