The thing is awesome. It is quiet and easy to clean. Amazon just reduced the price so if y'all are interested it might be a good time to buy one. It is $20 less than what I paid for mine at Costco. Anyway, we made margaritas yesterday afternoon and brought the to friends at the pool. They concurred that they were really good. We made Coke slushies Friday night, and those were good, too. I want to make some chocolate frostys (like Wendy's) but haven't done it yet. This likely won't help you lose weight but it is nice to have-especially if you like to entertain.

Forgot to mention the one drawback. It is somewhat heavy. They have 2 sizes. I bought the smaller size and glad that I did. The larger one is double the price and size. The only people who would need those is people who have a lot of parties. Our smaller one will be perfect for tailgating which is the main reason that I bought it. I haven't told our tailgate friends about it. Will surprise them at the first game.

Also forgot to mention that the machine will make smoothies. So, I guess you could use it for healthy stuff instead of totally unhealthy. But the unhealthy is more fun. laugh.
