What is the link to pay Atascosita fees? They have been sending emails to my dead husband and for some reason he hasn't called them back.......haha actually why did they not send me the email since I paid a month ago but maybe more now. Let me tell you, it is difficurt to know but the cell phone keeps me in crap I have to pay. I am so glad I planed ahead for this but I thought I might have be done for this since I paid what they told me a few months but now I can't find them.

brightlights : I wasn't behind. It was $950 or so. I paid so much I forget who got the biggest. It seems great to have two beach homes and my home is too much without my husband's money!
brightlights : Sorry to be so slow but I have been trying to figure out how much my husband's death going to be. I did save money and I think I will still be okay but I planned that money to keep me until I died. I do have houses to sell if it isn't. I bought my good friend at a great price and letting him say until he goes to Heaven. I think it was a good move. It is smaller but I have found I really like my home I am in but it is much too big for two.
lynnsgirl : I don't see anything they are using that almost $1000. I might just ask some questions. There is some other fee, too, I paid. I pay taxes at the beach and a small fee for something there. I may become a full resident. My son hates it though and the business is here so probably not a deal. Funny how typing a message makes me think about more crap!
cheryltom : Pinehurst , the house is one of the bigger ones when we bought it not sure if that matters. My beach homes are worth more than here and not that much.
brightlights : Well, I guess my payment of $949 did not go because I just had a call reminder. It does seem very high but maybe because of the worth of it still. It is a big house but forget how sq.ft. They must really need that money. I would like to know where that money will go. For years they would find something was wrong but now I almost every morning or night rinse the cars to look good enough for them and the leaves from the driveway. My son has his first car to the side and just our two now. My driveway would hold at least 10 cars so our 3 are barely anything and I spray them down every day because of the trees. I don't remember how old but my son is 37 and he came after the home.
Yes, we have a 3 car garage but I don't remember it having one in. Maybe now is the time to clean it but God only knows what is in there that might get me.
