What are your plans for today!

My plans

I am still recovering from a right knee reconstruction; it has been very painful and a lot of down time lying in bed. DW finally got me out of house, and she wanted to go plink her favorite machines at the casino and she won some good money she wants to go back today, so I guess we are going to casino at least I will get a good meal out of the deal.

First, I'm dropping my friends from Arizona off at the airport this morning. Next, I'm riding to Girdwood for coffee with a friend and this evening I'm planning to attend the Second to None Motorcycle Club's 19th anniversary party. It should be a great day!Sunday is all about packing for my trip to Sweden.

Nothing !!!

@Itsme: Nothing is my favorite activity! Mostly a goofing off day today (reading, watching YT, playing games on phone). I'm on deck to cook dinner today. We're having Chicken Chili Verde. It's a one-pan meal with boneless thighs, rice, chili peppers from a can, peas and green onions. Yum!

Working around the house this morning. Discovered that the squirrels totally trashed my pool. They chewed on pecans in one of my trees near the pool and dropped all the pieces in the pool staining the bottom. I got most of them out and Oscar the pool sweep is getting the rest. Later a late lunch/early dinner with friends from work.

Cat started meowing at 4:30, so I got up and let him out. Back to bed, but at 5 am I was still awake, so up again, fed the outside feral cats, and went fishing. Fished from 6 to 9 am. Not sure what I'll do for the rest of the day.

Listening to sad, country songs about cheating men while doing laundry and dishes.

Today is game night with the units but first we go out to eat around 2. My dad has been experiencing episodes of dementia so who knows what version of him we will enjoy. 😜
