Position Desired: Manager

Cover Letter:
I was a restaurant General Manager that lead a staff of 73 people and 4 managers and was responsible for everything to do with the business. I maintained this position for 13 years. This included staffing, training, following state and federal laws, scheduling, inventory, labor cost, running the kitchen production line and front of house staff as well as full service bar, building maintenance, financials, sales building, both in house guest satisfaction and neighborhood relations and everything else involved in running a multi million dollar restaurant. The last 6 months I worked for the company I ran two restaurants at the same time. One in Beaumont Texas and one in Bosier City Louisiana. I prefer no fast food and am open to job positions in areas outside of the restaurant business. I believe my skills will be valuable in many different settings.
