Freebirds-March 2015- Current
Line- Learned how the food is portioned out. Also I learned the correct way of rolling the burritos. Interacted with guest while they were in line waiting to order and also when they were waiting to pay. I learned how to work the register. Soon after I started to learn some of the Manager tasks. I then was moved to the back of the house where I learned how to make all the cold side food.
Kitchen Manager - I learned how the food was prepared and cooked food for caterings and took them to clients. Learned how to coach and manage 5 tribe members.
Shift Manager- I am managing up to 6 people at a time. I also handle all Manager duties for the night shift with includes enter the numbers into our computer, counting inventory every night, counting the register drawers at the end of the shift and locking up when we close.
