In regards to any positions that become available. I have one year of experience as an office manager in a hospital setting. I have an Associate of Applied Science and a great understanding of most software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Windows and Mac operating systems. As an office manager for the security department my main duties include scheduling and conducting security surveys and fire drills. Other duties include filing all documents, writing business letters, taking inventory of office and security supplies, and placing orders. I am responsible for the payroll for my department and handle any issues with paystubs that may arise. Part of my position here includes the management of our guard staff. It is my duty to ensure that the guard staff follow all polices and conduct themselves in a professional manner. I attend hospital meetings and work directly with the security manager to make sure that hospital policies for safety and security are being followed. I prep the security manager for these meetings by insuring that he has everything needed to excel. In addition to being the acting office manager, I am also his personal assistant.

I am very organized and have great time management skills with getting things done accurately and efficiently. I help out wherever I'm needed and am willing to work overtime when needed. I am able to build rapport with staff and clients quickly which allows me to stay on top of the needs of our staff and clients.
