• Worked with 7 other classmates to seek out ways to improve BHP Billiton’s recruitment for their graduate program and worked as a team to create a PowerPoint presentation
• Surveyed 100 business students to determine which recruiting techniques were the most effective and should be implemented
• Held responsibility for ensuring that all milestones were met at their proper deadline

• Stay for overnight shifts to reorganize the sales floor to ensure that the merchandise is displayed in a way that will create the highest profit
• Push as much merchandise onto the sales floor and out of the stock room to create room for the weekly truck and to ensure that customers are able to shop efficiently
• Check out customers at the cash register while informing them of all membership opportunities

AVID Tutor
Humble I.S.D., Atascocita High School(July 2013- May 2014)
• Led effective tutoring sessions with up to 8 students per group
• Facilitated in solving students’ questions among all four core classes in order to help increase students’ grades
