Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the AR & credit department for 15+ Gulf locations
Monthly credit Card reconciliation, process credit card transactions, credit applications, set-up new customer accounts and determine the credit limits, terms & tax set-up for all accounts.
Data entry; Entering in cash received by the customers into MAS 200 / Sage software
Participates and has performed the month end close for both Gulf & Colorado Gulf Packaging for all departments.
Contact customers in regards to delinquent accounts
Monitor profit margin and credit limits set-up in customer accounts
Send copies of Invoices, P.O.D’s, W9 forms, etc. upon customer’s request.
Obtain Certificate of Insurance documents to customers upon request.

Working/resolving short pay and overpayment issues
Preparing and mailing demand letters to delinquent customers.
