Verify collections, endorse checks and make bank deposits. Prepared and distributed statements to contributors using Shelby System. Handled cash receipts and cash disbursements for all funds and operating accounts for all three branches of the church (Church, School, and Resale Shop). Prepared checks for all approved invoices in a timely manner reconcile bank accounts and maintain appropriate files. Prepare biweekly payroll, proof payroll checks for accuracy and make related tax payments. Filed required State and Federal forms W2, 1099’s and 941. Prepare financial statements and related materials for Annual Report. Keep personal files up to date.
