The intent of this letter is to express a genuine interest in interviewing for the job of phone operator. I am confident that I can contribute to your facility's success with my skill set and hands-on experience in the areas of performing administrative and basic clinical tasks.

My background as a medical assistant includes (but is not limited to) the following experience:
• Taking patient vital signs
• Recording patient history
• Helping physicians with examinations
• Scheduling appointments
• answering multi-line telephones

Additionally, I am very experienced using MS Office and EMR software. I can also record a patient's personal information, while taking care to keep it confidential based on the processes you have in place at your offices.
