Houston Custom Carpets is a locally trusted flooring and design company known for exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Room/Showroom Secretary to be the first point of contact for our customers and support our sales and design team.

What You’ll Do
• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and guide them toward the right products or team members.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage general inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and order processing.
• Support sales staff with customer follow-up, sample check-outs, and showroom organization.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and vendor communications.

What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy showroom environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry).
• Previous administrative, receptionist, or showroom experience is a plus.
• Interest in flooring, interior design, or home improvement is helpful but not required.

Schedule
Full-time; Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on business needs.
