•Serve as first level contact for basic and routine customer service inquiries and problems
•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include, but not limited to: responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
•Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
•Use multiple applications to gather the necessary information and notify team members regarding messages, inquiries and claim reporting

Compensation:
Compensation Range: $16 to $18 Hourly, medical coverage and PTO. All hired candidates for open positions will go through an agency service based training program. Agency will assist candidates in licensing process and best study practices.
