Activities Coordinator / Front Desk Admin - Atascocita Job

Woodlands Elite (Humble location) is looking for a individual who is extremely energetic and is highly motivated in becoming a member of our team (family)
Daily tasks include but are not limited to: (will go over more in detail for anyone who applies)

Skills Required:

-Meet and greet all customers
-Return all voice messages and emails must have knowledge and experience with distribution of messages as well.
-Will be responsible for enrolling all athletes in any activity at Woodlands Elite and will be trained to use our system which allows enrollment of athletes at any one of our 5 locations.
-Must know how to follow already set policies and procedures
-Must be a quick learner and must pay attention to detail.
-Will be responsible for selling our program as a whole
-Responsible for creating charges, and posting payments and daily reconciliation.
-Inventory control
-Accounts Receivables
-Must be extremely organized and able to work in a high volume environment
-Experience is necessary

**Hours are Sunday through Thursday 12 pm to 9 pm

Other Requirements
Energetic, Loves working with people and children in a very high volume work space. This position requires someone who can multi task, prioritize their daily tasks and must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Admin experience necessary
