A top Kingwood mortgage company is looking for full-time in-house mortgage loan processor. This position handles all processing tasks for purchase and refinance borrowers, from set-up and submission, to clearing conditions, finalizing the clear-to-close and coordinating closing logistics.

Skills Required:

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of mortgage processing, underwriting experience. Knowledge of Encompass is a big plus.

This processor position will work alongside our Branch Manager, and will be communicating with our borrower clients and Real Estate Agents, as well as underwriters, title companies, and insurance agents.

Having exceptional communication skills, mostly on the phone and via email, is an absolute must for this position.

Possessing a positive attitude & grateful spirit is required. We only employ people who can deliver phenomenal customer service results to our clients.

This candidate absolutely must know Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines, run Desktop Underwriter, submit files to underwriting, request and clear conditions, while communicating with our clients and vendors in the utmost of professionalism.

This position should also know how to analyze credit reports, and income & asset documents, as well as general ways to structure a loan.
